Aaron Bare, LLC, trading as Change Agents Academy, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This includes an initial membership purchase or a subscription renewal. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to request a refund or get purchase support. Provide the email used at checkout and your order or transaction reference so Paddle can locate the payment. Never send a full card number or password.
Payment and refund processing follow Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy. Paddle will confirm the outcome and any processing time; your payment provider may take additional time to post a refund.
Refunds and subscription cancellation
A refund may remove access associated with the refunded purchase. To prevent future subscription charges, also request cancellation through your account's payment-management link or Paddle support. A cancellation without a refund leaves access available through the end of your paid period. Lifetime membership purchases have no recurring renewal to cancel.

If your request falls outside 30 days, contact Paddle to discuss any rights or remedies that may still apply. No clause in this policy overrides a refund required by law or Paddle's applicable buyer protections.
